Mexican Shrimp Cocktail
This recipe is awesome, everyone loves it. You need to make it the day before so the flavors can blend. I used salad sized shrimp or bay shrimp, and served with restraunt tortilla chips (not the bagged stuff, that's ). I think the key is to just adjust the flavors to what you like, meaning more onion if you like it, ect. I add more clamato & definitely more hot sauce. Things like that will make all the difference in how you like this recipe!
