Just made it for the first time and it went over amazingly well. I used Boboli for the crust, generic leftover BBQ sauce, and a mix of left over Ragu and Bertolli for the sauce. The chicken was a previously cooked Costco chicken. I heated it up in a pan with a tbsp of olive oil and the BBQ sauce before using it to top the pizza. I've already received several requests to make it again.

LOVE this recipe and use it all the time. I use regular rice (because that is just what I have on hand) and let simmer after adding the vinegar/sugar mixture until it is the desired consistancy. Otherwise it ends up too watery. Having some trouble finding places that supply sushi quality fish so I can expand out from California rolls.
