I am a personal chef and have my own business. I lived in Charleston, SC for the last 5 years and attended Johnson Wales Univ. graduating with a BA in Culinary Arts. I recently moved back to Kentucky with my husband and started my own personal chef business where I go into people's homes and prepare meals for them. I love to cook Indian food (my husband is from India), and classic southern and low-country cuisine. Meatloaf and ribs are my all-time favorites. I feel I have triumphed whenever my clients call or e-mail and say what did we do before you came to cook for us! For some reason I murder anything with yeast in it. My breads never come out well, but I'm still working on it.
