I'm a pharmacist by profession. I guess thats why cooking chemistry has always interested me. I was forced to cook with 4 kids and a wife that works part time. Daddy casserole(cut up hotdogs and beans with melted cheese on top)Hey they liked it!! I could only get away with for so long. I love to grill!! I dont have to do as many dishes. I like to make Chili,lasagna, roast turkey and chicken. French toast and bacon on Christmas morning. Thanksgiving dinner.The whole shabang! My wife had to work.I cleaned up too!I dont do pies I bought them. You name it I burned it!
