I have been married for 33 years (to the same woman!) and just began cooking a few years ago. I figured she cooked the first 25 years, so I would cook the second 25. We'll discuss the third 25 years when it gets here! Meats with wine sauces and Thanksgiving meals. For Thanksgiving I soak the turkey in a Pinot Noir Brine. The stuffing is very rich and the gravy tastes like a wine sauce. My family loves it. Has to be Thanksgiving dinner. One year I forgot to turn the oven on and the turkey was about 4 hours late.
