Pork-n-Beans Cake
Excellent! Love the looks from co-workers when you eventually tell them what kind it is. I, too, smooshed the beans so it wasn;t obvious. In loaf pans it took mine 65 minutes to cook. I also dusted the cooled cakes with powder sugar before serving.
