Watergate Salad
YUM! I used an entire 12 oz Cool Whip & abuout half a bag of mini-marshmallows. I think it's better if you prepare it the night before. Kids loved it!

Buttermilk Chocolate Chip Cookies
I made these as bars & it turned out pretty well! Very easy to make and I usually have all of the ingredients on hand. A little salty, but not sure wha tto do about that. My only suggestion is to use more chocolate chips - IMO, 1 cup is not enough...I will use the whole bag next time!

Peanut Butter Balls III
Awesome! I used to help my mom make these as a kid. This recipe is easier to mix since it doesn't call for as much cereal as my mom's. A keeper!
