Not much to tell. I'm an artist. Married with two children, a boy who's 14 and a girl who's 3. Lasagna or other pasta dishes, cake decorating is my latest speciality. My maternal grandmother was polish. She made excellent dumplings, beet soup, stuffed cabbage rolls and pierogi. My father's mother was Puerto Rican and made the most amazing Pasteles. I miss them both... but the experience has taught me to be eclectic in the kitchen, and not worry about sticking with only one ethnicity. Beautiful tiered fondant covered wedding cake with double overlapping stringwork and ruffles. My poor memory... I often forget to set timers, but I'm getting better at realizing this before it's too late!
