Sour Cream Chops

This was great! The only thing I did differently, on a whim, was to add a little white wine to the sauce. Will definitely be making this one again!

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

Awesome! Husband & 2 young kids both gobbled it up. Will definitely make more sauce next time. Only change is adding fresh garlic to simmering sauce.

Slow Cooker Tipsy Chicken

I wasn't crazy about this, although my husband said a 4. If I make this again, I think I will add some of the other reviewers' changes (garlic, onion, etc). The chicken (we used breasts) did turn out extremely tender, which we were all pleased with.

Pretty good. My whole family (including small kids) seemed to enjoy it. I used fresh garlic and added some Italian seasoning. We will definitely make this again.

Caramel Apple Cheesecake

Awesome cheesecake! Very simple. Great combo of my favorite dessert (cheesecake) and my husband's (apple pie). I added 1/4 tsp of cinnamon to the apple pie filling. To the cheesecake filling, I added 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp allspice, and changed the vanilla to 1 tsp.

Grandma's Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

This recipe is great, and I don't like Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. I loved that you can taste the spices and that they turn out soft, not hard like every other Oatmeal cookie I've had before.

Wonderful cookie recipe! My 4-yr-old son had a blast helping me to make them. Very easy. I baked mine on a stone and needed to add 2 minutes baking time.
