wow this was exxcelent, I have a dinner party every friday, we switch who cookes and I ave made this every 5th week for two years because it is requested. I do have personal prefernces, and almost never cook exactly to a recipe, but I have not changed one thing in this, I use the ready to use noodles as a time saver and always add just a bit more of everything, but this is requested everywhere I go, what a great sauce, I make quadurple the sauce and freeze it to use when I am short of time, for everything italian, I really like this sauce for meatball sandwiches.

great recipe, made me think about growing up, I assumed that the egg amount was wrong( some times our chefs hit 9 instead of 3 on the keyboard, ) I added a little nutmeg to mine and some vanilla, cut a little flower and WOW how simple and awesome
