Mushroom Sauce Baked Pork Chops
Sorry,found this very bland. Chops were tender and nice but the whole dish was too bland for me.

Grandmas Fresh Apple Cake
Incredible!! Moist and just the right spice. We loved it. Have made two and one is gone already. No nut eaters here, so I doubled the raisins. Next loaf I threw in 3/4 cup raisins, both are great.

Linda's Lasagna
Found this a bit runny and bland. Will go back to using ricotta for lasagna.
