Fabulous Fudge Chocolate Cake
I liked how easy it was to put together. But I think the next time I try the recipe I will splurge and buy a better quality chocolate. The end result was too close to a boxed cake mix for me.

Chocolate Sandwich Cookies II
Gave this 3 stars for ease. But it was way too rich. I could only eat 1/2 a cookie. I followed one reviewers suggestions but I think the vanilla should have been cut in half. The cookie minus the filling would have been better.Very chocolaty cookie. I think the combination of the filling and cookie made it too much of a good thing.

Mushroom Sauce Baked Pork Chops
Sorry,found this very bland. Chops were tender and nice but the whole dish was too bland for me.
