Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

YUM!!! Will definitely be making over & over again! I made these to take to a Mother's Day gathering...everyone was asking for the recipe. I used crunchy peanut butter rather than creamy. I would also double the recipe next time b/c as written it didn't make very many.

Linda's Monster Cookies

These are the BEST! I did make a couple of changes though...instead of using butter I replace it with an equal amount of peanut butter. Also added a small amount of light of light corn syrup...maybe about 1 teaspoon or so.

Holiday Chicken Salad

YUM! :) Definitely a keeper! I only used about 3/4 c. of dried cranberries/craisins and then next time would probably lessen the amount of paprika a little bit.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

We thought this was okay...not the best chicken recipe we've ever had but would probably make again. The only changed I made were using canned mushrooms rather than fresh and also left out the bay leaf.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Chicken Scampi II

This was an okay recipe. I followed the directions exactly. Next time I would turn the temperature down a little. By the time I got everything added, all of the seasonings were burnt, along with the butter...maybe my stove is hotter than others??? Like others, I thought this was very oily/greasy. Either way, it tasted decent.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Thanks for the great recipe! I really enjoyed this. I did take the suggestion of adding garlic powder to the sauce and also salt & peppered the fillets before broiling.

Cottage Cheese Spinach Chicken

This was okay. Other than the overpowering amount of cajun seasoning, it seemed kind of bland. If I make this again, I would reduce the amount of cajun seasoning by half, if not more, and then reduce the amount of spinach.

Lemon Pepper Chicken I

WAY too much pepper! I had tripled this recipe by increasing all of the ingredients...other than the pepper because I thought it sounded like a lot. One tablespoon for even 3 pieces of chicken was way too much for my taste and I love pepper. Also I cooked cooked the chicken according to directions (5-7 min.) and ended up with black chicken on the outside and raw chicken on the center. I had to cut chicken breasts in half and turn down the heat (so as not to burn even further) and cooked about 10 minutes longer in order to be done. Would definitely recommend pounding chicken very thin.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

This recipe is EXCELLENT! This has been the best homemade pizza crust that we've tried so far! We will definitely use over and over. I put the crust in a large jelly rolly type pan and it is about perfect--it is on the thicker side but delicious! Thanks for sharing!

Burrito Pie

This was okay. I will probably make again but use a different kind of cheese rather than colby. I like colby cheese but not in this. I will probably try a Colby-Jack mixture or something next time.

Herbed Turkey Breast

Kim's Ultimate Meatloaf

I was very disappointed with this recipe. I was expecting something very delicious according to all of the other reviews--we found this to be very bland in flavor and didn't really care for at all. Sorry, won't be making this one again.

Bar-B-Q

We thought these were okay but we discovered that we like our sloppy joes to have a bit more "zing". I followed the recipe exactly but mine were very soupy--I ended up adding some oatmeal to soak up some of the liquid.

Cola Pot Roast II

We thought this was pretty tasty! I used a 3# chuck roast instead and also the whole gravy packet. I took the advice of others and did marinate the roast for a few hours before cooking. I was expecting the gravy to be a bit thicker but it was still very good!
