Ham and Beans
These beans were fantastic!! I used 1/4 cup brown sugar, added 3 cloves of garlic, 2 bay leaves, a 1/3 stick of kombu (sea vegetable, adds delicious flavor and softens beans take out with the bay leaves before eating) and used a pound of pit ham. Also added the onion while cooking. Served with spoon bread. Magnifico for a cold winter night!! Thanks for sharing.

Yummy Fruit Pizza
Fantastic!! I used choco dyna bites for the cereal in the crust. The color is stunning against the fruit and looks very exotic. Also used whipped cream out of a can right before serving.. My kids request this every time, a real winning recipe. Thanks a bunch!

Falafel I
This recipe is a great start for falafel. I added additional spices of celery salt, much more garam marsala, (as I had no coriander on hand and it contains coriander AND cumin.) Lots of black pepper, and some gluten free bread crumbs finished this off nicely. I also let is sit in the fridge for awhile before frying, it helps firm it up.
