Wow, this was fantastic!!! Note to self...be sure to trim the excess fat from the meat regardless of which cut you buy!

These went over very well at the Christmas party this year. One person even ate about 15 of them! However, I would have liked another layer of flavor. I loved the combo of veggies and bacon, but may try what a few others have and use half mayo and half cream cheese (possibly garden vegetable). I'll look into using real bacon bits too. If I make these changes, I'll be sure to comment on them, good or bad.

Love this recipe!!! Got a lot of rave reviews at the Christmas party. The one thing I need to work on is my presentation. Mine weren't as pretty as some in the pictures, but I'm learning. Definitely chill these babies in the fridge first to keep them rounder when cutting. Now, if only I can get the nice, tight roll down...
