Wonderful Chicken Curry Salad

I added raisins, craisins, apples, and celery. I used 2 large cans of chicken and served with crackers.

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

AWESOME! I used 2lbs of meat so I added an extra egg. I also added a splash of Worcestershire sauce. I didn't mix in the ketchup but added brown sugar and ketchup on top.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Pretty good. I doubled it, however next time I will double it but only use 1 can of artichoke hearts. I love artichokes but they are overwhelming in this for my family. We all really love them so that was quite a surprise! I also added 1C chopped Monterrey Jack cheese.
