Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
As others mentioned, I doubled the cheese sauce. It was excellent. Took it to an Easter dinner and everyone was fighting over the leftovers! Cooking time is much longer than written. I even boiled my potatoes for ten minutes ahead and it still took longer than the time listed. But a wonderful recipe!
