Million Dollar Cake
To DIE for!!! To make this an easy fix I made a regular cake, let it cool then put med chunks in bottom of cake pan and a layer of topping then another layer of cake and another layer of topping. Easier than layers, and easier to serve. I also tried it with coconut cream pudding instead of vanilla! Fabulous!

Cake Balls
So many easy variations. Fun and Easy!!! I often make a batch and after I make the balls I freeze them on a cookie sheet. Once frozen I put them in a baggie. That way I can make them fresh whenever I'm ready! Some flavors that worked great, Banana cake and cream cheese frosting, choc cake choc frosting and mint extract, strawberry cake cream cheese or vanilla frosting, german choc and pecan coconut frosting, red velvet with cream cheese frosting. I have tried many more as well, and nothing has been bad! The egg seperator from pampered chef does work great for dipping!

Louisiana Shrimp Casserole
Very bland. I think with some doctoring it could be good, but it was such a waste of shrimp I probably won't try to "fix" it. sorry
