Very tasty recipe! It has the tendency to be very salty, though. So, if you're concerned about your sodium intake, I would recommend buying low-sodium soups.

Creamy Frosting

If you make this and follow the recipe exactly, you will be pleasantly surprised! This is the best frosting I've ever had, and also received many compliments on it when I put it on some cupcakes. A definite keeper!

I only used the cookie portion of the recipe, as I had leftover frosting I was trying to use up. The cookies were ok. Very soft. I wasn't a huge fan, but people at work liked them.

Cream Cheese Penguins

These were super cute and easy to make! I used cheddar cheese for the feet (instead of carrots) and then used pimentos for the beaks. Also, I flavored my cream cheese with a bit of ranch dressing powder.

Eggplant Parmesan II

I did this recipe but when I baked the eggplant it didn't really seem like it cooked, so I fried them in a little bit of olive oil and they were perfect!
