Deep Fried Camembert with Raspberry Sauce

Sweet Chili Thai Sauce

I impressed family and freinds with this recipe, and everyone loves it. Just like you get in the Chinese. It did take me a couple of practices to get it just right though. Well worth it!

Quesadilla Jalapeno Spread

I can't decide about this recipe. It has a very unique flavour. I have made it a few times and served it as spread, quesedilla sauce and dip, as it makes an interesting change from salsa.

Wendy's Quick Pasta and Lentils

mmmmmmmmmmm!!! I love this recipe, and am sure to make it again and again. Quick, easy, healthy, cheap, tasty. it's not often you get that combo. I used lentils, boiled in ham stock instead of lentil soup. I also used fresh red chile peppers instead of flakes. And since I am on a super-strict diet at the moment, I used my trick of stirring in a spoonful of fat free mayonaise instead of the cheese to add a creaminess. Thanks for this recipe!

Mexican Ceviche

This was an amazing recipe that was a complete change to most prawn dishes. I served the marinaded prawns whole as a meal with rice.

Easy American Potato and Tuna Casserole

This is similar to a recipe that I make... try adding a spoonful of mustard to the mix and using mature cheddar for some added zing.

Asian Tuna Patties

MMMMMMmmmmm. This recipe is great. Quick, easy, and cheap, but really impressive. Tangy and light flavours but hearty enough to fill you up. Add ginger for extra zing. I serve with my coconut lime rice.
