Deep Fried Camembert with Raspberry Sauce
Delish! I mixed 50% balsamic vinegar with 50% raspberry jam for a tangy suace.

Sweet Chili Thai Sauce
I impressed family and freinds with this recipe, and everyone loves it. Just like you get in the Chinese. It did take me a couple of practices to get it just right though. Well worth it!

Quesadilla Jalapeno Spread
I can't decide about this recipe. It has a very unique flavour. I have made it a few times and served it as spread, quesedilla sauce and dip, as it makes an interesting change from salsa.
