Awesome recipe! I made this for a friend who was in a car accident and her jaw was wired shut. I thought she would be able to swallow the creamier soup, and yet still fill her up. Apparently I was right, her husband just called back to ask for the recipe for a second batch of soup. Very easy and quick to make!

Irish Barmbrack

I made this tonight for a St. Patrick's Day Party. I followed the recipe exactly. I think that the bake time is much too long though. The bread was very hard after baking for this long. I should have checked it earlier, but my oven is pretty true to temperatures and recipes. Next time I will check the bread sooner. The taste was nice though, a mix between a fruit cake and a spice bread.

Corned Beef and Cabbage

I tried this recipe tonight for a St. Patrick's Day party. I have never cooked corned beef (and I am not Irish) so I had no idea what to expect. It turned out REALLY good. All my guests went back for seconds! I followed the recipe exactly except I put the meat on the bootom and then topped with veggies (I don't like soggy veggies). And I used white potatoes because I didn't have red skins. This was very easy and I will make it again! Thanks!!

Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill

AWESOME Taste! Husband said we should keep it for the future. I didn't have any fresh herbs and substituted dried. It was still very good and I am sure it would have been better with the fresh ones! I gave it 4 stars because the recipe made ALOT more sauce than needed. I had to throw out 1/3 of the sauce mixture because it was so much. I hate to waste.
