I refrigerated these before slicing them as others suggested and that worked well. They stuck to the cookie sheet after I baked them though so maybe next time spray some cooking spray or something on the sheet to prevent that. I didn't dip them in pizza sauce, and I don't think that it's necessary. They were good, but a little messy, and I had to squish them to get them off of the sheet. Taste: 5 stars Prep: 4
