Roasted Beets 'n' Sweets
Don't cut beets too small because they shrunk a bit. Cooked beets 20 min then added potato and onion. Next time I will line the pan with foil to make cleanup easier. Thanks for a fantastic recipe. I will add this to my holiday recipe.

Baked Pork Spring Rolls
It doesn't make sense how good these are. During the filling/wrapping process I thought this was too time-consuming BUT after the first one I was hooked. Will cut back on the chili next time. Used shrimp instead of pork. Great recipe..thanks.

Cocktail Meatballs I
Very, very good. Seasoned ground beef to taste. Didn't change anything else. Will definitely make again.
