Broccoli Bites
So tasty!! I followed a suggestion and used only a 1/2 cup of milk. The batter was still a bit runny but it held up, next time I'll probably up the flour as well. Unfortunately, mine were not nearly as nice looking as the ones pictured. Will definitely make again!

Scalloped Potatoes II
Delicious! I topped each layer of potatoes with a roux and a few shakes of paprika, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder, diced onion and parmesean cheese..then poured milk until it was 3/4 full. I followed the oven times exactly. Perfect crisp edges and tops..so good!!!
