Wonderful!!! Very good when first made but the salmon breaks down too much when it is heated too long...so eat it as soon as it's hot. I am anxious to try this with shrimp. Thanks for sharing...a definite keeper! ALSO...some have mentioned the consistency of their cheese is wierd...BOILING CHEESE will make it have a hard, curd-like consistency. Add the cheese and always melt it slowly.
