Cheesy Zucchini Casserole I

This was very yummy. I baked into a 9x9 pan - which was all I had available. The next time I will cube my zucchini into smaller pieces or perhaps shred. This is a keeper...thanks for sharing!

Chicken Spaghetti III

We loved this. Not the healthiest, but very tasty. We happen to like Velveeta... Next time I will use less noodles and leave out the onion to save time, only.This is a keeper for my family - thanks!

We didn't care for this. I made as written which I always do the first time to be fair to the author. The juice never did reduce after a long time of simmering. The orange juice flavor was too overpowering.

I have made this several times now and it is now a favorite. I've started using 6 eggs to stretch servings and we like it better this way. A keeper.

Salmon Chowder

Wonderful!!! Very good when first made but the salmon breaks down too much when it is heated too long...so eat it as soon as it's hot. I am anxious to try this with shrimp. Thanks for sharing...a definite keeper! ALSO...some have mentioned the consistency of their cheese is wierd...BOILING CHEESE will make it have a hard, curd-like consistency. Add the cheese and always melt it slowly.

Burrito Pie

Very good. I followed suggested changes adding a packet of taco seasoning to meat and spreading the refried beans onto the burrito. I used a cup of cheese per layer for a total of 3 cups. Will definitely make again,thanks!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Only one out of 4 of us liked this soup. It was easy but really just seemed like a soupy version of chili with chicken instead of beef. The flavor was good. I had high hopes because of the rating...dissapointing.

Sausage Spanish Rice

This was very good and my kids loved it. It was easy to prepare and quick from prep to table. I always try to follow recipes to the letter the first time - but I didn't have loose sausage so I used cased sausage and cut into bite sized pieces and still it was good. This will go into the rotation. Thanks!!!

This had a very great flavor but we found it too saucey or soupy. Next time I will cut back on the juice and use a can of petite diced tomatoes. But again - great flavor...thanks!

Apple Crisp II

This was a WATERY, embarassing disaster. I usually make Apple Oatmeal Crisp from this site (so awesome). I wanted to try a recipe that served more for company at Thanksgiving. Sorry - I'll keep the Apple Oatmeal Crisp recipe.
