About this Cook
I am a mother of five. I like to cook, and I am always looking for new and interesting things to make for my family, that they will like. My kids are all really picky eaters.
My favorite things to cook
Taco's, enchiladas, Spaghetti, New Chili's, Soups, Stews, Pasta Dishes, Filipino food. Recipes that I find on All Recipes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Having my children help me with the cooking and teaching them how to cook the foods that they like. My mother never had traditions for us during the holidays, so I started one with my children, they help make the pies, even if it means that they only pour in the ingredients, they love it.
My cooking triumphs
Making Kasava right the first time I made it. Making a really good Apple pie.
My cooking tragedies
I have had so many in the 25 years that I have been cooking.

Baked Potato Soup
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this recipe. I had no problem with the broth being to runny, mine thickened up just fine. I doubled the recipe. I will definitely be making this again.

Baked Pork Chops I
I made this tonight for dinner. I would make it again with some changes though. My kids did not like the wine taste.

Corn Fritters
Just finished making these. Very good as is. But next time I think I will add more sugar as suggested by other reviews, and maybe a little Cayenne Pepper.
