No Bake Peanut Butter Bars
Very good! I took this to our New Year's Day dinner, and it was a huge hit. It tasted like a mixture of a reese's cup and a butterfinger (with the crunch from the rice cereal). I really didn't measure, but I used one stick of butter, creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar, mixed by hand, then added the rice cereal until it came together. Poured the chocolate on top and stuck it in the fridge. Too easy.

Butterscotch Bread Pudding
This was a great recipe. I made it for Christmas morning. I baked it the night before and reheated it in a low oven Christmas morning. I made the Sauce Anglaise recipe from this site to go with it, and it was A COMPLETE HIT. Everyone loved it, and my brother's skinny vegetarian g/f had four helpings. I did change the amount of sugar down to about a cup (not packed), and I don't like butterscotch, so I used semisweet chocolate chips instead and my measurements were probably a little off since I used a whole loaf of french bread, but I kept it at the "oatmeal-like" consistency, and cooked it for about an hour and a half. It was fantastic.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
Okay, I did not have beef broth, but I used chicken broth (one can) with a pork roast (2 lbs or so, I think), and half an onion, thinly sliced. It slow-cooked for about 5 hours, and then I did the shred, cover with BBQ sauce & bake thing. It was awesome!! I almost didn't make it because of the lack of beef broth, but I'm so glad I did! We had sandwiches with homemade coleslaw and sweet potato fries. YUM!
