Chicken Breasts Pierre
YUMMY! I took the advice of others and used balsamic vinegar instead of the white vinegar. I used 2 cans of diced tomatoes with onions, green peppers, and celery (same ingredients as the stewed tomatoes). I also cut the chicken up and then served over bow-tie pasta -- what a unique dish!
