Beer Butt Chicken
SOOO good, but made a few changes. I used used garlic powder instead of garlic salt, didn't use paprika, and added lime juice into the butter. I also added honey into the butter I basted the chicken with and basted every 30 mins. Last but not least, I used the remaing lime to stuff in the neck opening. This was so moist and flavorful!!! Will definatly do it again!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Great w/ a few changes. I used low fat cream of chicken, added oregeno, basil, pepper, onion powder, and some chopped carrots. I also added a few chicken boullion cubes w/ the water and made sure there was a good amount. I let it cook for the bulk of the day on low. Then, about 1 1/2 hrs before serving, I threw in the buscuits and turned it to med high. MAKE SURE TO STIR every so often after adding the buscuits and get them coated. I will definitely make this again (per my husband)!
