Pasta With Peanut Sauce
This was a great recipe! I used green instead of red bell better (cause it's what I had in the fridge!) and added some shredded carrots when I was mixing everything together. Yummy!

Cajun Chicken Pasta
Quick and easy! I didn't have Cajun seasoning per say...I used Emeril's seasoning mix with some extra black pepper and paprika and it gave it enough heat for me. Didn't use the lemon pepper either. Very good dish overall. Will definitely use it again.

Rich Chocolate Brownies
I was looking for a good brownie recipe that used cocoa powder and this one fit the bill 100%!!!! I did two batches - one with nuts and one without and everyone loved them. Next time I will add the frosting!
