Rich Chocolate Brownies
I was looking for a good brownie recipe that used cocoa powder and this one fit the bill 100%!!!! I did two batches - one with nuts and one without and everyone loved them. Next time I will add the frosting!

Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta
This recipe was quite good. If you are not a fan of really spicy food, I would definately recommend halfing the cajun seasoning like some others suggested. I found the 2 tablespoons made it overpowering, so go with your own taste. I also added some onion and garlic powder for some extra flavor, as well as some mushrooms and green peppers.

Cinnamon Raisin Bread I
This bread came out really well. After adding all the flour to the mixture, mine was still a little crumbly, so I added a touch of water and it came together nicely. Also I only had instant yeast so I just mixed it in with the flour. I would definately make this again!
