Paprika Pork Chops
Unusual combination of ingredients, that actual come together nicely. Worked well with pork loin chops. Make extra kraut mixture for topping.

Chili Mac Casserole
This is awesome comfort food, the trick to this recipe is to taste and season to your liking before adding macaroni. The cumin is essential to the flavor of this, add (good)chili powder as needed. I finely diced two japalenos without seeds and sauted with the onions. Just enough to kick it up a notch, without being to spicy. It makes a lot, great reheated the next day.

Chile Verde II
I have always been a Verde fan, and this recipe did not disappoint. Followed recipe with the exception of using some mexican all purpose seasoning. Excellent served with warm flour tortillas and jack cheese.
