Mexican Cream Cheese Rollups
Very tasty, a good and easy appetizer. Made it this am and took it to a pool party, went over well. I followed some reviewers suggestions and made a few changes:
Instead of green olives, I used a can of diced green chillies, I added a dash of garlic powder, tossed in a little Mexican blend shredded cheese, and a few TBS of salsa. It was delish! I'll be making this again, thanks for the recipe!
