Very good, quick and easy to make with items on hand. I used leftover turkey and pork, a little more curry to taste, and a garnish of coconut. Yum! Will be keeping this recipe!

This pie did not work for me. I followed the directions exactly with the addition of "Barb's" advice of whipping the egg whites and 1/4C sugar to stiff peaks and folding it in. I chose not to double the recipe and see how it did with the stiff whites/meringue. I beat it for 10 minutes and the sugar never dissolved, end product was lacking taste and very grainy. It's so rare that I throw a dessert out... but this one goes in the trash.
