About this Cook
Wife and mother.
My favorite things to cook
Two picky eaters in my family and would love to find more dishes that 'everyone' in the family would enjoy.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Belgium Waffles on Thanksgiving and Christmas morning. Breads. Would like to get more into more heart healthy meals that everyone enjoys.
My cooking triumphs
Creme Brulee (not instant) Smoked Brisket is the favorite of my cousins in Florida
My cooking tragedies
When I was in 2nd grade, I was doing some kind of kids cooking lessons through the mail. One day, made mac & cheese from the box and even measured the water. Just skipped the directions on 'draining' the water. In high school, my first brisket that cooked all night was so tender, but used a BBQ sauce with real tomatoes. Huge brisket tasted burned because of the tomato cooking so long. Was so sad.

Baked Pork Chops I
Decreased time as suggested and used Panko Bread Crumbs sine all I had, but was awesome! Never had a better pork chop! Thanks for sharing!
