This recipe was good and easy to make. It's also quite filling! Like other reviewers, I also had a concern about the sour cream but found that it worked just fine. Because I have never made baked ziti before, I followed the recipe pretty closely and only added oregano and garlic powder. The next time I make it, I will do more of what I do with my standard meat sauce: garlic, onion, red wine, and oregano. A little bit of extra effort will yield an even yummier meal!
