Very good and easy to make. My family liked it and I will make it again.

If cooked the way this recipe is written, the fish turns out fine . . .nothing rubbery about it. The one bad review was obviously written by someone who does not know how to cook. They don't even understand the true definition of "divided" when using an ingredient. That being said, I will also say that the broth is very tasty. This fish was delicious but I didn't care for the fava beans which is why I'm rating it 3 stars. Next time I will try canellini beans or possibly chick peas. Obviously, this is personal preference. If you like fava beans and can follow directions, this recipe is quite good.

Easy to make but somewhat bland. I like flavorful, robust food and am not afraid of a little spice. In keeping with other reviewer's suggestions, I added extra cinnamon and ginger plus added nutmeg. The end result is quite good but not the rich, zesty gingerbread I was hoping for. Also, I had no problem with the bake time. I checked it after 45 minutes but it wasn't done all the way so I baked it for the recommended hour and it came out fine. I might make this again because of how easy it is to prepare but I will keep searching for a recipe that yields the strong gingerbread flavor that I am looking for.
