Great recipe. I made mucho changes because I didn't have all the required ingredients. Substituted Romano Cheese for the Parmesian. Used canned spinach instead of frozen. Added a handful of currents and a little pignoli nuts for some crunch factor. Instead of tomato sauce, I used Ragu Alfredo Sauce. I also cut up small and fried in olive oil some mushrooms to add into the mixture. Lastly, I didn't have manicotti shells on hand, so I used jumbo shells instead. All these flavors came together deliciously, thanks to the basic recipe's foundation. This one is a keeper for sure.
