Pumpkin Pancakes
These were fantastic! My whole family loved them. I doubled the recipe for my family of 8. But that was the only think I changed.

Classic Waffles
These were good waffles! I tripled the recipe to feed my family of 7, but only used twice the baking powder. All in all a good solid recipe!

Hummus III
This is wonderful hummus!! I did add a pinch of cumin to mine and I had to add extra oil and water to smooth it out. Otherwise, it would have been way too thick. Next time I'll just use the liquid from the beans. Other than that, it was fantastic.
