Chicago-Style Hot Dog
I have had many Chicago dogs and this recipe is the closest to the real thing. Delicious!!

Spicy Lime Grilled Shrimp
Delicious!! We used this recipe for Shrimp Tacos. I only used 2 Tbsp of Emeril's Essence instead of 3 Tbsp because our 2-year old son ate them. He gobbled them right up and kept wanting more. I will definitely use this recipe again!

Parmesan Chicken I
This recipe is from Crockpot called Velvet Chicken with Mushroom Wine sauce. The only reason I know that is because I bought my brother a crockpot for Christmas last year and this recipe was on the box. The submitter didn't include the 1/2 cup of white wine.
