Italian Wedding Soup I
Only giving this a 4 because Changed it signigicantly. I use pork and beef, escorole and spinache, added fresh garlic and onion to the broth and a few other things to taste. I also used Pastina pasta because they will not swell like the orzo pasta. Don't be afraid NOT to follow the recipe to a T. Taste as you go and add what you like as needed.

Italian Bread Wedges
AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! Yummy as is. Or....... I love the crust so much I use it for my pizza. I toss the ingredience in my bread machine. I use olive oil instead of canola, and use half cup beer and half cup water instead of 1 cup water. I use bread flour instead of all purpose. Cook my crust on cookie sheet for 8 to 10 mins .. take out then add my toppings sauce cheese etc....... Cook DIRECTLY ON OVEN RACK for another 8 to 10 mins, YUM one killer sicilian pizza.

Bread Machine Pizza Dough
I did not like at all. I don't know what happened here.... I'm sticking to my old recipe. I use the dough form the Italian Bread Wedges from this site. I sub canola oil and use olive oil instead. I did take the beer idea and use half cup beer with half cup water. Put in my bread machine. After machine done spred out on my slightly greesed cookie sheet bake for about 8 to 10 mins. Not quite golden brown but almost. Took out, put on my toppings, put directly on oven rack for another 8 to 10 mins,,,, better than your local pizza shop. Yum.
