Braised Lamb Shanks
This is so fantastic!! I loved not having to brown the shanks. I used about half the balsamic vinegar but would not change a thing otherwise!

Maple Apple Crisp
Fabulous just the way it is. My husband loves walnuts so I add them to the apples and to the topping. Spectacular!
