Excellent cake! I did a 2 layer cake instead of a sheet cake, and it turned out perfectly. The frosting sets up too quickly for frosting a layer cake, so I suggest using the carmel frosting in the receipe between the 2 layers and make a chocolate frosting for the top and sides of the layer cake as this frosting receipe sets up too quickly to ice anything other than a sheet cake.

We really enjoyed this halibut and recommend it highly. We marinated 1 1/2 hours.
