I enjoy cooking more and more everyday. With the addition of the Kitchenaid stand mixer to my cooking arsenal, I REALLY love baking. It was one of the most exciting days of my baking career. I always try to bring cupcakes for birthdays, and I am constantly trying new ideas. Cupcakes, stir-fry, casseroles, deviled eggs, cookies, cakes Stuffed shells, my first tiered cake, and anything that my fiance Alex loves! A Splenda yellow cake with Splenda cream cheese frosting. I tried to make it for my Dad's birthday and it was NOT good! Live and learn!
