English Muffins
I'm giving 4 stars because this is a first attempt at English Muffins, so I haven't enough experience to discredit the recipe. It wasn't easy using a griddle, some got too dark and others didn't seem done in the middle. If I try again, I think I'll use an electric griddle, hoping for a more consistent temperature. Although it was an easy dough to work with, to cut out, etc., I think it was too dense, too much flour.
