Apple Strudel Muffins

Sopapilla Cheesecake Dessert

I had 2 tubes of crescent dough I wanted to use up, and had been browsing through Pillsbury's site looking for a recipe. I came across this one by accident because it was featured in an Allrecipes daily email, and voila! Crescent dough! It is really too good--my husband couldn't keep his hands off of it, and actually asked if I was trying to kill him. I do have a cookbook, "How to Kill Your Husband", and it has all these really rich recipes. LOL I did add 1 egg to the filling as one person suggested, as most cheesecakes do have eggs.

Jalapeno Cranberry Sauce

This was a nice change from the typical cranberry sauce. The post Thanksgiving sandwich with turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce would get a boost with this version I think. Thanks.
