Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
Yum, yum, yum! I like to follow a recipe exactly the first time I make it and this was delish! The only things I did differently were: I didn't have celery, but I added some corn, peas and green beans (I like mine to be veggie heavy) and I didn't have beef stock, so I used chicken stock and added 2 beef bullion cubes. I cooked mine on low for about 6 hours, then high for 1 and it was soooo good! I just finished a bowl of leftovers and they were just as delish!
