Blue Cheese Green Beans
Yum, Yum! I made this for Christmas dinner and they were so good! We only had gorgonzola, but it still tasted great. I left some large chunks of cheese and we loved it! THis is definately a keeper!

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
Yum, yum, yum! I made the sauce exactly, but I didn't have mahi mahi, but used tilapia and it was sooooo good! This would be good on any kind of meat. Thanks!

Acorn Squash
This was so good! I've been craving squash for a long time and this was just what I needed. It's been rainy all week so this just made it feel like a nice fall dinner. I served this with some pork chops and it was yummy
