Skillet Chops with Mushroom Gravy

This was very tasty. I ended up adding a little bit to the sauce though. I added approximately 1-2 teaspoons of onion soup mix and about that much worchestershire sauce. This was wonderful with mashed potatoes. Thanks for sharing with us:)!!

Singapore Noodle Curry Shrimp

This was very tasty. I served this for a couple friends and they asked for the recipe so I e-mailed it to them:). Thank you to those who submitted this. I served this with french bread and a salad on the side.

Seafood Enchiladas

I loved this recipe. It was quick to make and everyone that ate it seemed to love it. We didn't have any leftovers:)!!! I will definitely try this again. My fiance' is a picky eater and he even loved it.
