This pie tastes soooo good! I too thought it was really tart, but I like that. Some of the people who ate it didn't though, so I would probably use only one lemon next time as well. My lemons were not big either. Also, used 3 egg yolks instead of 4 like someone suggested, and even after refridgeration, it still didn't completely firm up. It was pretty soft and a little fragile. Maybe it was because I didn't use that 4th egg yolk, or maybe it just needs more cornstarch or something.
