Blueberry Streusel Cobbler
My daughter-in-law made this and I was blown away by the flavor. This is my new favorite blueberry recipe. I think it is great just as written, but I will try adding the nutmeg and cinnamon to the crust, but I think it will be overkill. Again, I think this is the best dessert that I have had in a long time.

Orange Soy Pork Loin
I made this for a family get together and it was a huge hit with everyone there. I did use fresh rosemary instead of dried and the next time I make it, I will add more onion. The flavor was so good that there was not enough onion to go around. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.

Basic Chicken Salad
I have made this salad for years. I use to have a sandwich shop and I had a hard time keeping enough made. I roast my almonds in the oven until they have turned a toasty color and I used sour cream and mayonnaise. The almonds give a little crunch to the salad. If I am serving this on a bed of lettuce, I like to add halved grapes (to taste).
