Salmon with Dill
Excellent!! I used all ingredients as listed but just eyeballed the amounts. Served it with Dijon Tartar Sauce from this site (also excellent).

Dijon Tartar Sauce
We really like this sauce! Rather than fat-free mayo I used Hellman's/Best Foods Canola Mayo because that's what I have on hand. Since I didn't have a lemon I used an 1/8 tsp. of lemon pepper. Mine didn't come out runny as some other reviewers mentioned and I'm guessing it's because I didn't use lemon juice.

Mom's Barbeque Style Turkey
This was a great way to use up the last of the Thanksgiving turkey! My young kids thought it was a variation of my BBQ pork and I didn't argue because they ate it up. (They aren't big fans of turkey.) A nice change from a white/cream soup based recipe. I left out the green peppers (knew they wouldn't go over well with the under 9 crowd) and then substituted one Tbs. molasses and 2 Tbs. white sugar for the brown sugar (because I didn't realize I was out until I went for the sugar). Thank you!
