Oatmeal and Wheat Flour Blueberry Pancakes
Great base recipe. I added a tbl of vanilla and some flaxseed, because I add flaxseed to everything. I used cinnamon applesauce in place of the oil and one egg plus one white. The texture was great, the entire family likes them! Doubled the recipe to freeze.

Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta
This is a great recipe. Easily adapted to family tastes or what's on hand. I used fresh spinach, vegetable broth and added some garlic, basil and lemon juice. I also used half of the chicken and twice the tomatoes. I used low fat cream cheese and whole wheat pasta. I'm sure this recipe is great as is, I just changed it to use what I had on hand and meet my family's tastes. Thanks for sharing!

Chocolate-Covered Cherry Cookies
My late mother in law used to make these and I have looked for the recipe for years! Thanks so much for posting!!! She taught me how to cook/bake and these are one of my husband's favorite Christmas cookies. The texture is wonderful and the taste is perfect!
