Wilted Spinach
I steamed the spinach in the microwave for 3 minutes. The dressing made the spinach zesty and tasty. It was really yummy!

Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta
I make this each month to replenish the stock of frozen lunches for my husband. This beats anything in the "Budget Gourmet" frozen meals line, and I'm able to add a little bit of love to every bite.

Wild Rice Soup I
